Endoaid

About me

Hi, my name is Karolina. I am Ukrainian. I live in Ukraine. And I am not only an EndoWarrior but, I am a Warrior for my Freedom as all ukrainians are.

I have suffered from this disease since my first menstruation (2005), and I got diagnosed only in 2018.

The doctors concluded this diagnosis only because of the endometriotic cyst on my right ovary visible at an ultrasound. I was already 26 years old and suffered for 13 years without knowing the cause. Probably I would suffer more without knowing the cause if there would not be a cyst.

I consulted with more than 6 gynecologists that did not give me proper treatment and did not take into account my symptoms:

  • excruciating periods that were getting even more painful, inability to lead a normal life during menstruation;
  • brown spotting during the cycle;
  • bloating;
  • fatigue;
  • bad digestion;
  • depression;
  • bowel problems with cycle, frequent bladder infections and frequent diarrhea;
  • irregular cycles;
  • acne;
  • breast cysts;
  • insulin resistance;
  • etc.

Honestly, I thought my life was going to end soon. I could not bear all the pain…

I started a hormonal treatment ( I have tried dydrogesterone, dienogest, norethindrone ) (In 2021 I had also a surgery) but while on it I felt that this is not a long term answer, that I am not dealing with the possible causes. So I started my own investigation trying to treat and alleviate all other conditions that were too long going unnoticed and untreated. I understood that these conditions definitely affect my endo symptoms. A healthy lifestyle is only the first step in this sometimes exhausting life long journey to a healthier self.

In this guide for women affected by endometriosis I collected very carefully a lot of information that can help solve many health issues that often go unexplained and untreated by our doctors. I have been collecting this information since 2018. A lot in this guide is dedicated to the healthy lifestyle choices, digestion processes, diagnostics and ways to treat infectious diseases that affect our endometriosis symptoms the most.

I am not a doctor and advise every woman that will read my guide to consult with good doctors and health specialists before starting any of the collected recommended treatments.

I hope that my work will help make your life easier while dealing with this incurable condition and will clear some things up.

I know that people tend to not recognize the full worth of free things. Not to mention the development, hosting, maintenance, etc., cost.
